1.TO ENTER: No purchase necessary. Contest is open to mothers age 21 or older at time of entry, legal residents of IL or NW Indiana. Those nominating a mother must be 13 or older to submit a potential contestant. Entrant must include why their mother is the best and deserves to participate in the “Mom Challenge” in 150 words or less. Limit one (1) entry per person. Only one (1) mother may be in entry. Photo submitted for WGNtv.com's Mom Challenge Contest must feature the entrant's mother (defined as biological mother or mother legally). Entrant must receive consent from mother to submit contest photo. If either party in the photo requests that the photo be taken down, photo will be taken down. All entries must be submitted online, and received within the entry period. Incomplete entries and entries not submitted in accordance with these rules will be disqualified. WGN-TV will disqualify any entry that includes photographs that are not of the mother being submitted, violate the rights of any other person or entity (including but not limited to copyrights), and/or contain offensive, defamatory, vulgar or profane content, as determined by WGN-TV.
