A) First Round: February 1, 2013 – February 8, 2013: All entrant photos will be submitted by Friday February 1, 2013 by 11:59 AM. First Round voting will begin at 2 PM that day. On-line voting will be conducted from 02/01/13 through 02/08/13 until 11:59 AM. On 2/08/2013 (after 11:59am), the 10 entrant photos that receive the highest number of votes during the First Round will be deemed First Round Qualifiers and will advance to the Final Round.
B) Final Round: February 8, 2013- February 15, 2013: All ten (10) First Round Qualifiers photos will be posted for the Final Round no later than 2pm on 2/08/2013. On-line voting will be conducted from 2/08/13-2/15/13 until 11:59 AM. The photo with the highest number of votes at the end of this voting round will be deemed the Grand Prize Winner subject to eligibility confirmation and compliance with these rules. The winner will be notified by phone on February 15, 2013. |
