Title:	Shelly and Joey...
Description:	We’ve dreamed about our wedding day For almost two years now, Our families close at our sides To watch us say our vows. We had our big ideas set For all the oo’s and awe’s, But all of our exciting plans Came to a halting pause. Bad news rained down upon us Those times were not so great, We had other things to tend to Our wedding would have to wait. Joey came down ill With a rare esophageal disease, Thank god the Mayo clinic Was there to hear our pleas. We loaded up our car And headed on our way, Up to Minnesota To see what they would say. A couple road trips later And we were all assured, They knew just what it would take To get to Joey’s cure. A little time more waiting And a lot of praying too, But we all knew for sure That Joey would see it though. Joey had his surgery And is again my healthy man, But unfortunately our wedding plans We still haven’t began. His medical bills dipped into Our wedding savings account, And while it was well worth it We have little left amount. He is diligently working To keep our streets secure, To you he may only be a Chicago cop But to me he’s my savior. He wants to give me the best wedding Any money can possibly buy, One who was a United States Marine Is just that kind of guy. We continue to wait and wait Until we can say “I Do”, But we’ve noticed while we’re waiting The prices grew and grew. Please, Please decide to pick us For this Royal Wedding Giveaway, And help to us to finally celebrate Our amazing wedding day.
